The art of Wit

Jacobson Steven was wondering what was going on back on his other home world Garthrey but he got a call from the very place he was thinking about. The call was basically a call from his parents telling him, "Hey, your Mom and I need you back home with The Doctor. Because we're in the hospital about to give birth to your baby sister, and so many people are about to be born, a whole new generation of our people. Get here quick. "
The Doctor had gotten the same call after Jacobson Steven had gotten his. Jacobson had just walked into the control room where The Doctor was waiting for him to confirm he had a call from his parents telling him the exact thing they told him. Jacobson asked, "Hey, Doctor, I just got a call from one of my home planets, Garthrey, and I was wondering if we could go?" The Doctor replied, "Yes, I was just waiting for you to confirm that you had gotten the same call from Garthrey. I've already set coordinates for Garthrey, and Jacobson, I think this will be your Wit test. Come on, Alons-y!" 
Back on Garthrey a few hours ago Henry and Carra Steven had announced the first Garthrey wide birthing of a whole new generation of Garthreyan boy's and girls saying," this day in Garthreyan history is a true testament of Time Lords and Time Ladies will power and adaptability so from this day forward today will be known as Garthreyan birthing day." As they all geived and cheered for their partners and for the future of the Time Lord existence. After they get through all of the birth's across the planet they sent Jacobson Steven and then to The Doctor. The message to the Doctor went something like this: "Doctor, we all here on Garthrey had babe's born a whole new generation of potential Time Lord's and Time Ladies. We need you here for check ups on all new born Garthreyan boy's and girls. We also have a birthday gift for when Jacobson when he turns One hundred Four years old." 
When Jacobson Steven and The Doctor arrived and met everyone, The Doctor was giving each new born Garthreyan kid's and Jacobson Steven was catching up on his parents and giving his New Born sister Jane Steven a checkup. When he finished the checkup when his dad told him," We put an investment into a gift for when you graduate from your training." Carra Steven added," We think you will love it and find it very useful." Jacobson Steven replied," Thank you, Mom and Dad, see yah later little sis. By the way she's in perfect health." 
The Doctor was just finishing up the last check-up saying," Okay he's a very healthy little boy. Now I have to go find my Time Lord in training." Jacobson Steven was looking for The Doctor just The same as The Doctor was looking for him a student of his. 
Jacobson Steven then remembered that he can use his Sonic Screwdriver to give out a tiny burst of energy from which The Doctor could trace and find him. The Doctor picking up stuff on his sonic screwdriver, The Doctor said," OH, Jacobson Steven now that takes extraordinary Wit." Following the Sonic Burst he found Jacobson Steven telling him," That's a pass on the Wit test Jacobson." Then left in The Doctor's TARDIS.

The Doctor was preparing Jacobson Steven for his Next, Next, Next, Next to last test The Will test. The Decision test

The Doctor let Jacobson Steven pilot the TARDIS to a point in Earth's history and he took them to New Earth. After exiting the TARDIS The Doctor said to Jacobson Steven," Now, Jacobson Steven this is your first test here is to see if you can spot something wrong going on with New Earth, see what is causing it, see if it is a threat to the people of New Earth, and you make a decision." Jacobson Steven replied," okay, let's go." They were in New Britain and the people there sounded American much like the people in New America sounded British. Just as much every other continent had switched to the voice patterns from western to Eastern, Northern to Southern, and so on on Old Earth. In New London as the doctor was enjoying a cup of chocolate tea and Jacobson Steven was going around The City looking for something that would have a notion of being wrong. He then sees a little boy crying and he can't help but go over and ask," Hey, what's the matter?...

After all that

After every thing that happened and helping the Time Lord's get settled on Garthrey and Henry and Carra Steven with the help of The Doctor and Jacobson Steven set up the new home of the Time Lord's and Time Ladies. Going onto continuing Jacobson Steven's Time Lord training. Jacobson Steven was sleeping in his bedroom in the fourteenth Doctor's TARDIS when he was just getting comfortable in his bed The Doctor stopped by saying," Jacobson, in the morning we will discuss the first rounds of tests and additional tests be ready to do so after breakfast." Jacobson Steven replied," Okay, I'll be ready."  The Doctor left and Jacobson fell asleep for the three hours required for a time  lord to get enough sleep.  Three hours later Jacobson woke up and had a sneaking suspicion that the doctor had contact (the telepathic ability of Time Lord's to talk with one another with their minds) to get what Jacobson's preferred breakfast items food and drinks...
