meeting Jones Calven Stewart New leader of the USA branch of UNIT

The Doctor, after Jacobson Steven's night of romance and passion, walked back into the TARDIS with Jacobson's Sonic Screwdriver in his hand. Jacobson Steven, walking back to the control room, was feeling exhilarated about his future and what it had in store, sat down in a chair in the room space below the console part of the control room.
The Doctor roamed around until he saw Jacobson Steven in thought so he asked, "Do you want your sonic screwdriver back? Also we're going to Earth next year which is basically just a day away to 2024." Jacobson Steven replied," So, Where are we going in 2024? U.N.I.T in my old stomping grounds?" The Doctor said," Yep, to meet an important person in charge of the USA branch of UNIT." 
In the USA branch of U.N.I.T Jordan Calven Stewart had succeeded in making the USA branch of UNIT a more scientific focused organization. Jordan rang up The Doctor and asked him," Hi Doctor it's Jordan Calven Stewart the new head of UNIT in America I'd be interested in your opinion on the new headquarters in Kentucky." 
The Doctor and Jacobson Steven arrived at the new headquarters of UNIT in Kentucky in Bath County and greeted everyone. Jordan Stewart introduced himself," Hello Doctor, I see you've brought a new assistant." The Doctor said," He's more than just an assistant, Jacobson Steven here is a Time Lord in training." Jordan Stewart shook Jacobson's hand saying," Well Mr.Steven , you couldn't have asked for a better teacher for that. Would you be interested in a role as our scientific advisor? After you've graduated of course."  Jacobson Steven replied," Yah, I'll take that position, when I have graduated." The Doctor looked around the base and so did Jacobson Steven so that they can get a feel of the place.

The Decision test

The Doctor let Jacobson Steven pilot the TARDIS to a point in Earth's history and he took them to New Earth. After exiting the TARDIS The Doctor said to Jacobson Steven," Now, Jacobson Steven this is your first test here is to see if you can spot something wrong going on with New Earth, see what is causing it, see if it is a threat to the people of New Earth, and you make a decision." Jacobson Steven replied," okay, let's go." They were in New Britain and the people there sounded American much like the people in New America sounded British. Just as much every other continent had switched to the voice patterns from western to Eastern, Northern to Southern, and so on on Old Earth. In New London as the doctor was enjoying a cup of chocolate tea and Jacobson Steven was going around The City looking for something that would have a notion of being wrong. He then sees a little boy crying and he can't help but go over and ask," Hey, what's the matter?...

After all that

After every thing that happened and helping the Time Lord's get settled on Garthrey and Henry and Carra Steven with the help of The Doctor and Jacobson Steven set up the new home of the Time Lord's and Time Ladies. Going onto continuing Jacobson Steven's Time Lord training. Jacobson Steven was sleeping in his bedroom in the fourteenth Doctor's TARDIS when he was just getting comfortable in his bed The Doctor stopped by saying," Jacobson, in the morning we will discuss the first rounds of tests and additional tests be ready to do so after breakfast." Jacobson Steven replied," Okay, I'll be ready."  The Doctor left and Jacobson fell asleep for the three hours required for a time  lord to get enough sleep.  Three hours later Jacobson woke up and had a sneaking suspicion that the doctor had contact (the telepathic ability of Time Lord's to talk with one another with their minds) to get what Jacobson's preferred breakfast items food and drinks...
