The Decision test

The Doctor let Jacobson Steven pilot the TARDIS to a point in Earth's history and he took them to New Earth. After exiting the TARDIS The Doctor said to Jacobson Steven," Now, Jacobson Steven this is your first test here is to see if you can spot something wrong going on with New Earth, see what is causing it, see if it is a threat to the people of New Earth, and you make a decision." Jacobson Steven replied," okay, let's go."
They were in New Britain and the people there sounded American much like the people in New America sounded British. Just as much every other continent had switched to the voice patterns from western to Eastern, Northern to Southern, and so on on Old Earth.
In New London as the doctor was enjoying a cup of chocolate tea and Jacobson Steven was going around The City looking for something that would have a notion of being wrong. He then sees a little boy crying and he can't help but go over and ask," Hey, what's the matter?" The boy replied," My mom and Dad just vanished after signing up for Adcarva and I haven't seen them since." Jacobson Steven had found what the wrong thing here was and asked him," I'm Jacobson Steven, what's your name?" The boy replied," Antony Richards, I'm Antony Richards. Can you please help me find my parents?" Jacobson Steven asked," Why? Are they in trouble?" The Doctor standing by a pole a couple feet away being quiet having heard everything waited for Jacobson Steven to get to the point. Antony Richards replied," Because they embellished their resumes and if they find out at Adcarva you lied......." Jacobson Steven asked," If they find out you lied on your resume they, what fire them? " Antony responded," with cold fire." Jacobson Steven was shocked at this saying," You mean they kill anyone that lies on a resume. Okay what does Adcarva do is it a shipping company? A movie production company? Is it a Battery manufacturer?" The Doctor spoke up," what kind of company kills a person for a lie on a resume?" Antony Richards replied," one that does space defense of New Britain." Jacobson Steven then understood what he needed to do. The Doctor said," I'll distract them for you Jacobson, you got this." 
The Doctor distracted everyone else in Adcarva by using his sonic screwdriver and making fine statements. Jacobson Steven while getting the Richards couple out of the building used his sonic screwdriver to erase the couples names and resumes from the company hard drive. Got them back to their son Antony Richards. The Doctor had done what he does best fixing the problem with the space defense company.
They left and the doctor smiled at Jacobson saying," this test I must say you passed with flying colors."

The Doctor was preparing Jacobson Steven for his Next, Next, Next, Next to last test The Will test. Jacobson Steven was just waking up from a night's sleep filled with dreams of himself, Kyle Martin, and Rose Noble's future adventures.  After a breakfast of all of Jacobson's favorites a discussion about The Will test and where they will go for that. After all that

After every thing that happened and helping the Time Lord's get settled on Garthrey and Henry and Carra Steven with the help of The Doctor and Jacobson Steven set up the new home of the Time Lord's and Time Ladies. Going onto continuing Jacobson Steven's Time Lord training. Jacobson Steven was sleeping in his bedroom in the fourteenth Doctor's TARDIS when he was just getting comfortable in his bed The Doctor stopped by saying," Jacobson, in the morning we will discuss the first rounds of tests and additional tests be ready to do so after breakfast." Jacobson Steven replied," Okay, I'll be ready."  The Doctor left and Jacobson fell asleep for the three hours required for a time  lord to get enough sleep.  Three hours later Jacobson woke up and had a sneaking suspicion that the doctor had contact (the telepathic ability of Time Lord's to talk with one another with their minds) to get what Jacobson's preferred breakfast items food and drinks...
