Another decision making test

Jacobson Steven was wondering when the next test was. The Doctor had just been contacted by Donna Noble and her daughter Rose Noble about U.N.I.T needing some help with an investigation into a new company with surprising similarities to Daleks and Cybermen only together. Jacobson Steven and The Doctor went to help U.N.I.T and catch up with his friends.
At unit headquarters as the investigation was underway Donna was looking into Coppersilveser for suspicious activity and Rose Noble was at the factory of Coppersilveser taking photos and turning them in to unit headquarters for analysis.
The Doctor said," Jacobson, you should go ahead and take Rose Noble and get her out of there if I find out something dangerous with whatever is going on with this Coppersilveser company. I'll be analyzing these photos to see if I spot anything else that could be troublesome." Jacobson Steven replied," Yeah, I think I pretty much know what to do, but do you want me to help you with the analysis of those pictures Rose Noble took?" The Doctor picked up a little bit of interest in Jacobson's voice asked him," Jacobson Steven, do I detect a hint of interest in you're voice?" Jacobson Steven blushed a little replied," Maybe? I mean Rose Noble she is single right?" The Doctor said," I knew it!, you fancy her. For the record she currently is single right now." 
Donna Noble was listening into the conversation the two were having before butting in saying," Oi, spaceman don't be selling out my daughter. Doctor who is this chap?" The Doctor replied," Donna Noble, this is Jacobson Steven, Jacobson Steven this is Donna Noble." Jacobson Steven then walked over to Donna and shook her hand saying," Hi, I've heard so much about you Donna Noble." 
After that conversation while The Doctor and Jacobson Steven were analyzing the photographs Jacobson noticed a pattern of Dalek and Cyberman in the factory. The Doctor came to this realization too saying," Jacobson get Rose Noble out of there, but in the process find out who is doing this." 
Rose Noble was looking in horror as she found out that this company is combining Dalek and Cyberman technology to make battle suits, knowing what these things separately can do called up Kate saying," Kate, Coppersilveser is combining Dalek and Cyberman technology and making some type of battle suits with them!" 
Jacobson Steven was there seeing Rose Noble make the call and afterwards he introduced himself," Hello, Rose Noble need my help? I'm sure you have already met me." Rose Noble replied," OH, Jacobson Steven I remember you. You are a good looking Time Lord in training." Jacobson Steven replied," thank you, if I may ask: would you be interested in traveling with me through time and space? When I've graduated of course." Rose Noble replied," Yah once you've graduated, pilot your TARDIS to my shed tonight at eight thirty Sharp." Jacobson Steven smiled as if to say 'yes, I will keep that in mind for when I do graduate ' then said," Okay, let's figure out what's going on here." 
Jacobson Steven took out his own Sonic Screwdriver and scanned these battle suits.
A man's voice came from behind them saying," OH, you've caught me in the act, hello Jacobson Steven I was wondering when we'd see each other again except for this is your first time meeting me and my first time seeing you since you in the future did something I won't tell the details except for you broke my heart's. I like you will eventually be am a Time Lord. So Jacobson ask me to stop this, and I might give unit all of my plan." 
Jacobson Steven was wondering what he could have done for this in the future asked him," please, stop this? I don't know what I did in the future but I'm sorry for what I eventually end up doing" Kyle Manton responded," and there's The Jacobson Steven I knew, tell you what I'll give you a taste of what you have to look forward to with me." Jacobson Steven was a little curious about that and said," Okay, I'm fine with a tiny spoiler from you." Kyle replied," oh, it'll be a big one."  He closed the distance between him and Jacobson Steven and gave him a passionate kiss and Jacobson Steven was delighted by how this felt indulged it and then said," OH, that is what I have to look forward to, tell me what more do I have to look forward to?" Kyle just said," I will leave that to your imagination. You'll know why I did this in the future." Then he gave unit headquarters everything and The Doctor finished off what was left to take care of.
After that The Doctor told Jacobson that," this time you passed the decision making test with no flaws."

The Doctor was preparing Jacobson Steven for his Next, Next, Next, Next to last test The Will test. The Decision test

The Doctor let Jacobson Steven pilot the TARDIS to a point in Earth's history and he took them to New Earth. After exiting the TARDIS The Doctor said to Jacobson Steven," Now, Jacobson Steven this is your first test here is to see if you can spot something wrong going on with New Earth, see what is causing it, see if it is a threat to the people of New Earth, and you make a decision." Jacobson Steven replied," okay, let's go." They were in New Britain and the people there sounded American much like the people in New America sounded British. Just as much every other continent had switched to the voice patterns from western to Eastern, Northern to Southern, and so on on Old Earth. In New London as the doctor was enjoying a cup of chocolate tea and Jacobson Steven was going around The City looking for something that would have a notion of being wrong. He then sees a little boy crying and he can't help but go over and ask," Hey, what's the matter?...

After all that

After every thing that happened and helping the Time Lord's get settled on Garthrey and Henry and Carra Steven with the help of The Doctor and Jacobson Steven set up the new home of the Time Lord's and Time Ladies. Going onto continuing Jacobson Steven's Time Lord training. Jacobson Steven was sleeping in his bedroom in the fourteenth Doctor's TARDIS when he was just getting comfortable in his bed The Doctor stopped by saying," Jacobson, in the morning we will discuss the first rounds of tests and additional tests be ready to do so after breakfast." Jacobson Steven replied," Okay, I'll be ready."  The Doctor left and Jacobson fell asleep for the three hours required for a time  lord to get enough sleep.  Three hours later Jacobson woke up and had a sneaking suspicion that the doctor had contact (the telepathic ability of Time Lord's to talk with one another with their minds) to get what Jacobson's preferred breakfast items food and drinks...
